My fees are all "flat" fees, meaning no hidden fees or costs for document preparation; however, there may be additional costs in the form of personal service, certified mail and court filing fees.
Divorce without children: $300.00**
I prepare all of the documents to secure a dissolution of marriage including a detailed specific Decree designed with you in mind and individual to your situation
Divorce with children: $400.00**
This price includes preparation of all documents to secure a divorce with children including all of the child support documents, a detailed Decree and parenting plan
For all pleadings; i.e. responses, modifications etc. the fees vary from $175.00 and upwards depending on the difficulty of the situation.
